The woman from the tech line had me use "search this computer", and 2 updates popped up, one from Microsoft and one from Qualcomm. I chose the second option, thinking it would be better to search both places. When I searched for driver updates, the system gave me two options: "Search this computer for updates" or "Search this computer and search online for updates". I finally called the Microsoft tech line, not really expecting any help, and they walked me through the fix. I had looked several times for driver updates, and each time i got a message saying I had the latest version. I had the same issue, and just got it fixed yesterday. I think I need new Network driver that is compatible with windows 10.
